INDUSTRIAL FLAIR

At the heart of a building with a distinctly industrial architecture — metal, concrete, raw stone, and exposed brick — our mission was to design a transformation that respected the existing structure while introducing a new vision of workspace design.
Rather than concealing the identity of the place, we chose to reveal it: the raw structure becomes the backdrop, and the industrial character a guiding thread.

The main challenge lay in the lack of natural light. To address this, we restructured the layout by placing work areas as close as possible to the windows, maximizing daylight and improving everyday comfort. More enclosed or dedicated spaces were positioned further inside, allowing for a smoother and more intuitive organization.

We developed specific zones tailored to different needs: collaborative spaces, meeting rooms, focus alcoves, relaxation areas…

The connection between the two existing buildings was reimagined through new shared spaces designed as areas for social interaction and gentle circulation, fostering communication and internal cohesion.

To define spaces without closing them off, we favored a subtle interplay between transparency and intimacy: glazed partitions, perforated metal panels, and textile curtains that allow the atmosphere to be adapted according to use.

A carefully curated color palette brings life to the volumes, adding warmth and visual breathing space within this mineral environment.

This project embodies the balance between respect for the original architecture and the integration of a contemporary concept, serving well-being, functionality, and the company’s identity.
