How can a transitional space be transformed into a prestigious destination?

This was the challenge our agency took on through the design of this new space located at the heart of Casino 2000. The brief was twofold: to create a venue capable of hosting professional events—conferences, dinners, and meetings—while preserving its primary function as a fluid circulation axis leading to the CHAPITO main hall.

To address this duality of uses, the project is structured around a bold ceiling architecture combined with a meticulous approach to materials and atmospheres. A series of suspended vaulted structures, finished in gold tones, defines the space without ever obstructing movement at ground level. Enhanced with integrated lighting systems and screens, they create a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere, echoing the venue’s festive and event-driven identity.

To provide the elegance and comfort required for business events, a palette of restrained, natural materials was selected. Wood and acoustic plaster soften the visual intensity, improve acoustic comfort, and create an environment conducive to exchange and concentration.

Remaining true to our design philosophy, we focused on three fundamental principles:

• Fluidity, achieved through forms and volumes that naturally guide movement.
• Light, carefully crafted to create subdued and immersive atmospheres.
• Coherence, affirming the distinct identity of this space while maintaining harmony with the overall architectural complex.

The project results in a versatile venue where technical performance recedes in favor of a refined sensory experience, capable of accommodating multiple uses without ever compromising clarity or elegance.
