Located at the heart of GRIDX, the food hall stands as an iconic destination where culinary, cultural, and architectural experiences converge.
Spanning 2,000 m², the project brings together 16 food vendors, 500 seats, and a carefully curated program designed to celebrate the diversity of flavors while enhancing the overall user experience.
The concept is built around a simple idea: design is like cooking—and cooking is a form of design. Here, every architectural detail is conceived as an ingredient serving the overall experience, from the staging of the food stalls and the ergonomics of circulation to the acoustics, lighting, and sensory atmosphere.
The conceptual approach is rooted in a strong material identity, expressed through the combination of four key elements:
- Wood – for warmth, conviviality, and a connection to living materials.
- Metal – for structure, modernity, and precision.
- Stone – for stability, durability, and texture.
- Innovation – to position the project within a contemporary and evolving dynamic.
These elements are more than just materials; they carry meaning and are woven into a spatial narrative that celebrates creativity, openness, and the richness of cultures.
