Project: Office design according to the WELL STANDARD BUILDING standard

When EL’LE ARCHITECTS was involved in the design of the WELL22 building’s office space, the main objective was to meet the strict criteria of the WELL STANDARD BUILDING certification in order to provide its occupants with a significant improvement in nutrition, physical fitness, mood, and performance.

With its flexible and modular floor plans, the project offers a variety of design possibilities, supported by a harmonious palette of natural colors. The greening of the building and the creation of collaborative spaces reinforced the idea that the interior design should be both beautiful and healthy for the occupants.
The floor coverings are cradle to cradle materials, the bio-sourced paints were chosen from a local supplier in order to reduce the carbon footprint, the furniture is ergonomic, the whole design of the project revolving around the notion of “New way of working”.
In terms of aesthetics, the neutrality of the colors supports the idea of conceiving the premises as an art gallery, serving the works of art exhibited in the different spaces.
