Project: Creation of a chain of eco-responsible restaurants and catering

The challenge for  the EL’LE ARCHITECTS was to allow the various restaurants to meet strict integration criteria according to the city districts in which they were located.
While one, located in a classified site, had to meet heritage requirements, others had to energize a new district, welcome tourists or constitute a chic refuge for a high-end clientele.
