Project:
In the heart of the GRIDX complex, the Jane brasserie embodies a contemporary vision of the French brasserie, where timeless elegance meets modern comfort.
Conceived as a true living space, Jane unfolds within a refined setting featuring exceptional materials: a Saint Laurent marble bar, custom woodwork, and high-end finishes that reflect meticulous attention to detail throughout. At the core of the project, a genuine experience serves as the guiding thread: the bar becomes a stage, enhanced by a spectacular double-height ceiling. Accentuated by a play of mirrors, enveloping curves, and an oversized suspended fixture, it elevates the space and captures attention from the moment of entry, creating a striking and immersive experience. The wine cellar, meanwhile, reveals itself as a stage of refined sophistication, blending lighting effects and mirrored surfaces to transform the selection of wines into a visual experience in its own right.
The space has been subtly structured to offer both a convivial and intimate experience, with welcoming alcoves and exclusive areas designed for privacy.
Jane also adapts to all uses thanks to a second modular room, made flexible by a movable partition—ideal for private or professional events.
Outside, a landscaped terrace contrasts with the highly industrial architecture of the complex, bringing a touch of freshness and softness.
Through this project, the ambition is clear: to reinterpret, with rigor and modernity, all the codes of a true French brasserie, offering a place where aesthetics, comfort, and the art of living come together harmoniously in service of a complete and immersive experience.
